1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cristina Girleanu (referred to as ‘I’, ‘me’, or ‘the Practitioner’) and any individual (referred to as ‘you’ or ‘the Client’) who purchases or uses any of the services offered through cristinagirleanu.com.

By booking a session, downloading a freebie, or engaging with any service offered through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or using any services.

2. About the Practitioner

Cristina Girleanu is a certified:

• RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Practitioner, certified by the Marisa Peer Group
• Spirit Release Facilitator, certified by the Spirit Release Academy
• Rahanni Celestial Healer, certified by the Rahanni Celestial Healing organisation

Cristina Girleanu operates as a sole practitioner based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call or, in the case of Spirit Release, entirely remotely without the client’s presence.

3. Services Offered

The following services are offered through cristinagirleanu.com:

3.1 RTT® Deep Work Programme

A structured programme combining a subconscious hypnotherapy session (up to 2 hours), a personalised 21-day audio recording, three tailored anchoring actions, weekly check-in emails, and a final review at day 21. This programme works directly with the subconscious mind to identify and shift the root cause of limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns.

3.2 Spirit Release Clearing

A remote energetic clearing session conducted on behalf of the client, without the client’s physical presence being required. The session is facilitated by Cristina Girleanu in collaboration with a medium and Spirit Guides. A full personal report is delivered within 24 hours of the session, including findings and aftercare guidance. A property check of the client’s primary living space is included as standard.

3.3 Rahanni Celestial Healing

A live, online one-hour energy healing session working on the heart centre, emotional body, chakras, physical body areas, and energetic field. Rahanni is a 5th dimensional healing modality channelled through the Practitioner.

3.4 Free Resources

Free downloadable resources (including PDF guides and audio meditations) are offered via the website in exchange for an email address. These are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute professional therapy, medical advice, or treatment.

4. Important Disclaimers

4.1 Not a Replacement for Medical or Psychological Treatment

The services offered by Cristina Girleanu are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or psychiatric care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

If you are currently under the care of a doctor, psychiatrist, or other medical professional, you are strongly encouraged to inform them that you are undertaking this work. You should not discontinue any prescribed medication or treatment without first consulting your medical practitioner.

4.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes

While many clients report significant and lasting changes following sessions, no specific outcome is guaranteed. Results vary depending on the individual, the nature of the issue being worked on, and the client’s level of participation and commitment to the process — including completing the 21-day integration work for RTT® sessions.

4.3 Spiritual and Energetic Work

Spirit Release and Rahanni Celestial Healing are spiritual and energetic practices. They operate at a level beyond the physical and psychological. These services are not scientifically proven modalities. By booking these services, you confirm that you understand their nature and are choosing to engage with them of your own free will.

4.4 Scope of Practice

Cristina Girleanu works with adults who are able to participate in the work. For most services — RTT®, Rahanni Celestial Healing, and programme-based work — clients are expected to be emotionally stable and not in acute crisis. The intake form process is designed to identify situations outside this scope. If your situation falls outside this scope for these services, you will be informed and, where possible, referred to appropriate support.

4.5 Working with Acute Mental Health Conditions — Spirit Release Only

As an exception to the above, Spirit Release Clearing may be offered to individuals who are currently experiencing acute mental health conditions — including active suicidal ideation, acute psychiatric crisis, or serious mental health conditions under active treatment — subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• A written consent document must be provided by one of the following: the client’s treating doctor (general practitioner or specialist), a qualified mental health professional currently working with the client (psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist), or the client’s legal guardian where the client lacks full legal capacity.

• The written consent must confirm that the consenting professional or guardian is aware that the client intends to undertake Spirit Release work with Cristina Girleanu, and that they have no objection to the client doing so.

• The written consent must be received and reviewed by Cristina Girleanu before any session is conducted or any payment is taken.

• Spirit Release in these circumstances is offered as a complementary and energetic support only. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and the client’s existing professional care must continue alongside this work.

Cristina Girleanu reserves the right to decline to work with any individual in acute crisis at her sole discretion, regardless of whether written consent has been provided, if she determines that the work would not be appropriate or safe at that time.

This exception applies to Spirit Release Clearing only. RTT®, Rahanni Celestial Healing, and all programme-based work remain unavailable to individuals in acute psychiatric crisis or with active suicidal ideation until they are in a position of greater stability.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information on all intake forms
• Disclose any relevant medical, psychological, or psychiatric history
• Inform the Practitioner of any changes to your health or circumstances before the session
• Take responsibility for your own participation in the process
• Complete the 21-day integration work following an RTT® session, including listening to the personalised recording daily
• Follow the aftercare guidance provided following Spirit Release and Rahanni sessions
• Ensure you have a quiet, private, undisturbed space available for live sessions
• Have a stable internet connection and functioning headphones for live sessions

The depth and effectiveness of the work is directly proportional to the honesty and commitment you bring to the process.

6. Bookings and Payments

6.1 Booking Process

All sessions are booked through the booking system on cristinagirleanu.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and completion of the short intake form.

6.2 Pricing

Current pricing is as listed on the website at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through the booking system. By completing payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

6.4 Founding Client Programme

A limited number of sessions may be offered at no charge as part of a founding client programme, in exchange for honest feedback and, where applicable, a testimonial. These are offered at the sole discretion of the Practitioner and do not create any ongoing obligation on either party.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me as soon as possible via email.

• Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice: full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee is retained
• No-show without notice: full session fee is retained

For Spirit Release sessions — which are conducted remotely without the client’s presence — cancellation must be made before the session has been conducted. Once the clearing has taken place and the report has been prepared, no refund is available.

7.2 Cancellation by the Practitioner

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full rescheduling at a mutually convenient time or a full refund.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the cancellation being agreed. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared within our sessions — verbal, written, or otherwise — is treated with complete confidentiality. I will not share your personal information, session content, or any details of our work together with any third party, except in the following circumstances:

• Where you have given explicit written consent for specific information to be shared
• Where I am legally required to disclose information — for example, if there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others
• Where information is shared in anonymised form for the purpose of professional supervision (in which case no identifying details are disclosed)

Session recordings created for the purpose of producing your personalised RTT® audio are used solely for that purpose and are not stored beyond what is necessary to produce and deliver the recording.

9. Testimonials and Feedback

Following sessions, clients may be invited to provide feedback and, optionally, a testimonial. Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary.

Where a client consents to their testimonial being used publicly — on the website or social media — only the information explicitly consented to will be shared. Clients may consent to their first name and age being included, or may request their testimonial be shared anonymously.

Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the client and do not constitute a guarantee of results for other clients.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cristinagirleanu.com — including written content, PDF resources, audio recordings, and programme materials — is the intellectual property of Cristina Girleanu unless otherwise stated.

The personalised RTT® audio recording created for you following your session is for your personal use only. It may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose.

Free resources downloaded from the website are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without written permission.

11. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)

11.1 Data Controller

Cristina Girleanu is the data controller for all personal data collected through cristinagirleanu.com.

11.2 Data Collected

Personal data collected includes: name, email address, date of birth, address, health and wellbeing information provided on intake forms, and any other information voluntarily shared during the course of working together.

11.3 Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is collected and used solely for the purpose of:

• Conducting and preparing for sessions
• Delivering session materials including reports and recordings
• Sending follow-up communications related to your session
• Sending the email sequence related to freebies downloaded from the website
• Complying with legal obligations

11.4 Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary for the delivery of services (for example, email delivery platforms). Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

11.5 Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cristina Girleanu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• The use of or inability to use any service offered through this website
• Any decision made by the client based on information received during a session
• Any failure to achieve a specific outcome from a session
• Any temporary emotional discomfort arising during or after a session, which is a normal part of the therapeutic and energetic process

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Professional Boundaries

Cristina Girleanu is committed to maintaining clear and appropriate professional boundaries at all times. Our working relationship is professional in nature. Sessions are conducted online only.

The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue working with any client where it is determined that the client’s needs fall outside her scope of practice, or where professional boundaries cannot be maintained.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on cristinagirleanu.com. Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
